By downloading, installing, or using MemeExchange (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

2. The app is a market-information tool

MemeExchange displays public on-chain market data (from DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Jupiter, and Solana RPC nodes) with automated, heuristic sector labels. Everything shown is informational only and is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend, endorse, or rank any token. Heuristic labels may be wrong. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

3. Trading is non-custodial and entirely your act

• Swap quotes are provided by Jupiter's public API; swap transactions are signed in your own wallet via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter and broadcast to the Solana blockchain.
• MemeExchange never holds, transmits, or has access to your private keys or seed phrase, never signs on your behalf, and never takes custody of your funds.
• You are solely responsible for every transaction you approve, including network fees, slippage, failed transactions, and total loss of value. Always review the transaction in your wallet before approving.

4. No warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Third-party APIs may change or fail without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeExchange's operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Meme tokens are extremely volatile and can lose all value.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its backend, or use it in violation of applicable law.
• You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on digital-asset trading.

7. Third-party services

The app and site link to or rely on third-party services (wallets, DEX data providers, chart widgets, social networks). Their terms and policies govern your use of them; we are not responsible for third-party content or behavior.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. We may discontinue the app or any feature at any time. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
